The mission of the Procurement Office is to acquire and dispose of supplies, services, and real property at the best value to the Town, while ensuring compliance with all state laws, regulations, and Town bylaws. The Procurement Agent manages all procurement needs for all departments, except the school, and works cooperatively with Department Heads to secure pricing in a fair an equitable manner.
The Town of Dracut Procurement Office renders assistance to requesting departments in the formulation of Request for Quotes, Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications and administering contracts and reviewing purchase orders.
