The Town of Dracut will begin mailing quarterly trash fees to all households starting in Fiscal Year 2026. As part of this new program, residents will be billed $95 per quarter for trash and recycling services. These quarterly invoices will resemble the new tax bill format and will be sent directly to your mailbox for your convenience.

This trash fee will be treated as a utility bill, similar to your sewer charges. A **14% annual interest** will be applied for late payments, and any unpaid fees will result in a lien being placed against your property, which will be added to your future real estate tax bills.
How to Pay Your Bill:
Bills can be paid easily in person at the Tax Collector's Office** located at Town Hall, 62 Arlington Street. Alternatively, you can conveniently pay your bill online using City Hall Systems.
