Folks, it’s time to Get Right.
Teas, Booster Teas, Mega Teas, Shakes, Mega Coffees – they’re all available to help you “get right.”
Months after teasing Dracut residents with news that The Vibe in Hudson, N.H., was opening a sister shop in town, Get Right Nutrition is now open. Dracut Economic Development held a ribbon-cutting for Get Right on Friday, March 4.
Kendra Lis wanted to run the shop so badly, she moved from California to Dracut for the chance. Kendra met lifelong Dracut resident Madison Ryan when they were roommates at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, N.H. Kendra had come all the way from the West Coast on a volleyball scholarship, and though she left after her freshman year, she and Madison remained cross-country friends.
Meanwhile, Madison and her boyfriend, DJ Greenhalgh, in 2020 opened The Vibe, offering healthy shakes, energizing teas and more in Hudson, and then Levitate in Nashua a year later. Kendra came east to visit her old roommate, and when she checked out The Vibe, she knew that’s what she wanted to do.
“I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of, so I made the decision to move here,” Kendra says.
She learned the ins and outs of running her own shop while working at The Vibe before DJ and Madison found the spot in Dracut at 1095 Lakeview Avenue, in the Papanotas Corner at the intersection with Pleasant Street. (Get Right is on the side of the plaza facing Sladen Street, between Vivid Beauty Salon and Lupine Designs.)
“We love bringing healthy and convenient options to our towns,” Madison says.
And because she and DJ both grew up in Dracut and still live here, they wanted to bring their healthy products to their hometown.
“DJ and I were always hopeful that one day we could open a store in Dracut,” Madison says. “And then this spot opened up.”
With three locations, Madison says that could grow, and they’re willing to look “wherever our customers take us.”
And for Dracut residents, that’s at Get Right.
Get Right Nutrition is open Monday through Thursday, 7 to 6; Friday and Saturday, 8 to 5; and Sunday, 9-3.
