It should come as no surprise that the month of July has a lot of “holidays” centered around ice cream.
July 16 is both National Ice Cream Day and Sundae Sunday.
July 20 is National Ice Cream Soda Day.
July 23 National Vanilla Ice Cream Day. (Dracut Economic Development must admit it’s partial to chocolate. Vanilla is too … well, vanilla.)
July 25 is National Hot Fudge Sundae Day
And July 26 National Coffee Milkshake Day. (We know, we know. Around these parts, we call our milkshakes frappes, so you can call it National Coffee Frappe Day if you’d rather.)

FROSTY BOY

What makes Frosty Boy unique?: It’s open later than any other stand in Dracut, satisfying your ice-cream urges until 10 p.m.
THE ICE CREAM ROOM AT FARMER DAVE’S

Outside the ice cream box: Shaw Farm products at a more convenient location for people living in the eastern end of Town Hall. The Farm Stand at Farmer Dave’s bakes its own pies daily – and who doesn’t love pie with ice cream on top?
What makes The Farm Stand at Farmer Dave’s unique?: It’s in East Dracut! Farmer Dave’s sells Shaw Farm products, signaling a significant collaboration between two Dracut working farms. MIKE’S

What makes Mike’s unique?: Before or after enjoying your treat, head next door to Mike’s Card Shop, where you’ll find all sorts of trading cards, including Pokemon (open 12-6 every day). Also, Mike’s has hot dogs and several variations thereof, including Chili Dog, Cheese Dog, Chili N Cheese Dog, and Sauerkraut Dog.
SHAW FARM
