Animal Control
Animal Control enforces the Town’s Animal Control By-laws, applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Town Policies, and relevant state, federal and local regulations. Protects animals from mistreatment and rids the town streets and roads of animal carcasses.

Engineering Department
The Engineering Department contributes to the development, maintenance, and functionality of the municipality. This department serves the residents of Dracut by providing relevant information, technical support, and expert engineering services that relate to municipal operations and land use.

Kenwood Water
The Kenwood Water Department is a municipal water supply that is a distribution only system. We purchase water from the Lowell and Methuen Water Departments and supply it to many of the residents and businesses in the eastern portion of the Town of Dracut.

Sewer Department
The Dracut Sewer Department is the Town’s municipal wastewater system. It is a consecutive system through Lowell to the Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility (LRWWU) and through Methuen to the Greater Lawrence Sanitary District (GLSD).

Stormwater Department
The Stormwater Department performs numerous functions to support the Town's drainage system, receiving streams, and ultimately to comply with the 2016 Massachusetts Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). The Town of Dracut’s Stormwater Management Program implements activities and measures to comply with the terms and conditions of the MS4 permit.
