Board of Selectman

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals' responsibilities include hearing and requests for variances from the terms of the Zoning Bylaw, comprehensive permits pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40B, Special Permits for alteration of one and two family homes pursuant to Zoning Bylaws 2.16.26 and 2.16.26, and appeals of any action of the Building Inspector.

This Committee reviews requests to alter the Zoning Bylaw and makes recommendations to the Planning Board for periodic updates.
