Finance Department

The Finance Department is managed by the Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director who oversees the day-to-day activities in the the offices of the Town Accountant, Assessors, and Treasurer and Collector. Other functions within the department include Payroll and Accounts Payable.

The Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director also supports the Town Manager in the ongoing tasks of budget development, financial management, and policy implementation.
