Tobacco Regulations

The Dracut Board of Health is responsible for protecting and promoting the health of our community through the enforcement of state and local public health regulations. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and local ordinances, the Board regulates the sale, distribution, and use of tobacco and nicotine delivery products within the Town of Dracut.
