Every property in Dracut is part of a Zoning District (shown on the Zoning Map (PDF) ) and the rules for development are particular to that Zoning District (as outlined in the Zoning Bylaw language (PDF) ). The Zoning Bylaw documents create the framework for future development in Town. Certain uses require Special Permit permission or Site Plan Review and the Town Staff will work with you to understand the rules and requirements for your proposal.
