Bridge Street Landing
Current redevelopment proposal includes two commercial buildings on these combined parcels, with access from both Arlington Street and Bridge Street. One building is proposed to include a new Wendy's with drive-thru service. The second building is proposed to include a coffee shop with drive-thru service and two retail units. The proposed project requires Site Plan Review and Special Permit from the Planning Board.
