The next ZBA meeting regarding this project will be on September 18th at 6pm - location TBD

Proposed development of 40 apartment style rental units on 5+ acres at the intersection of  Bridge Street and Marsh Hill Road.  The project is seeking a Comprehensive Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals under Chapter 40B. It is anticipated permission from the Conservation Commission will be needed.
