Public Hearing Notice
The next ZBA meeting regarding this project will be on September 18th at 6pm at Town Hall
Proposed development of 268 rental housing units on 33+/- acres between Poppy Lane & Elizabeth Drive. The project is seeking a Comprehensive Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals under Chapter 40B. It is anticipated permission from the Conservation Commission will be needed.
