Public Hearing Notice
The next public hearing sessions regarding this project will be:
on February 5th at 7pm at Town Hall with the Conservation Commission
on February 27th at 6pm at Harmony Hall with the ZBA and Conservation Commission
Proposed development of 26 rental housing units on 2.5 acres at 135 Greenmont Ave. The project is seeking comprehensive permit approval under Chapter 40B. Permit from the Conservation Commission will be needed.
