Coyle’s Tavern & Restaurant, 1480 Broadway Road, will celebrate Saturday and Sunday with a menu that includes all the Irish classics, including fish ‘n’ chips, shepherd’s pie, Guinness stew, chicken tenders and, of course, their boiled dinner. Shaw’s Country Kitchen and Gifts, 14 Loon Hill Road, has some Irish-themed items for that most important of meals, including Lucky Charm Pancakes, the Loaded Leprechaun sandwich (2 eggs, home fries, Swiss cheese, corned beef on a bulky roll), and the Pot O’ Gold (home fries topped with scrambled eggs, corned beef hash and hollandaise). On Thursday, Fiddle Hill will perform Irish tunes. On Friday, DJ Steve will take requests for Irish music. The Katie O’Brien Trip will play Saturday, from 6-10, with a special appearance by the O’Halloran Irish Step Dancers.
